It provides "official information assistance for anyone seeking information about U.S. education." One of the most comprehensive sites around, it addresses such things as equivalency, degrees, accreditation, visas, and financial aid.

	InfoUSA - Education in the USA This web site is provided by the U.S. State Department. It is a portal web site that links to over 50 other sites that are about education in the U.S.A. Be prepared to spend a lot of time following these links, but it will provide you with a wealth of information

	Steps To Becoming A Student in the USA Provided by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement department, this web site provides a good overview of the legal requirements for studying in the USA. It addresses issues such as the current immigration laws, bringing family members, transferring schools, working while in school, and obtaining help.
